CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Inactives and depth chart changes were announced before Sunday's game between the Panthers and Falcons. The news was not good for Falcons rookie Sam Baker, who made it to the inactive list with an injury for the first time in his young career.
Baker missed practice all week with an illness.
