Signs of Joy
The Signs of Joy Youth Group is an extension of the Interpreting Agency Signs of Joy Interpreting Services. Founded in 2004, the organization focuses on learning American Sign Language and then incorporating the beautiful language to music. The children have performed at various events throughout metro Atlanta, some of which include: Deaf Nation Expo, Crussell Freeman Church for the Deaf, Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, and Six Flags Deaf Awareness Day. The students are always enthused and honored to display the joy of American Sign Language for the public.

Color Guard
Ft. McPherson
The Fort McPherson Color Guard has represented the U. S. Army at many sporting events and civil celebrations over the years. They carry on a long-standing tradition rooted in ancient armies using flags and banners in battle. Those standards served three basic purposes: to identify units, to signal information and to represent a common point of reference for soldiers during movement. Not only was the loss of a unit's flag shameful, but its loss could cause disaster by removing the troops focal point on the battlefield. Therefore, a detachment of soldiers was assigned to guard the flag. Being assigned to present and carry the symbols of their unit and country is considered an honor. In today’s Army, being a member of the color guard is an additional duty and is offered to the most deserving individuals.

Halftime

1998 Super Bowl Team
The Atlanta Falcons are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the 1998 NFC Champions. The 1998 Falcons recorded the most successful season in team history with a 14-2 record earning them a trip to the Super Bowl. Players from the 1998 team will be honored during a halftime ceremony with player introductions of former Falcons greats.
