Bergeron competed with the Georgia Force of the AFL for three seasons (2005, 2007-08).
Tallied 328 receptions for 4,335 yards and 96 touchdowns while adding 1,416 kickoff return yards.
Named the AFL Rookie of the Year in 2005 and was a second-team All-Arena selection in 2007.
Signed by the Falcons as a free agent in 2006 and following his release after training camp was signed by the Buffalo Bills to the practice squad in Week 13 of the regular season.

Attended Shaw High School (Columbus, Georgia) and was a three-year starter who competed on the state championship team in 2000.
Was named the 2000 Columbus Ledger-Enquirer’s Offensive Player of the Year.
Played wide receiver and caught 25 passes for 444 yards and seven touchdowns.
Also had one interception in limited duty at cornerback.
